Information we collect

• Details you submit: your name, email address, optional company, phone, message and interest information, and whether you request a conversation, a prompt callback or ENTWINED updates.
• Submission context: the referring page when available, campaign parameters from the page URL, browser information, submission time, and a submission identifier.
• Security and technical information: we process your IP address to generate a keyed identifier for submission rate limiting. Hosting and infrastructure providers may also process IP addresses, request details, and operational logs when delivering and securing the website.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential business material through this introductory form.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, understand interest in ENTWINED and RIGOR, maintain records of conversations, and send updates when you choose to follow us. We use submission context to understand where inquiries originate and technical information to operate the website, prevent abuse, and investigate problems.

A request to talk to ENTWINED does not itself subscribe you to updates. Expressing interest in RIGOR does not provide product access or guarantee participation in testing.

Who receives information

People authorized to handle ENTWINED inquiries can access submissions and follow-up records. We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for contact records, consent history, private resources, authentication and rate limiting, Microsoft for administrator sign-in and personal correspondence, and Resend for email notifications, acknowledgments and approved newsletters when those features are activated. Internal notifications include the contact details and submission context you provide. Resources deliberately published in an email may be available through a public download link.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. Processing locations depend on our providers and their infrastructure and may be outside your state or country.

Cookies and browser signals

The website application does not set advertising cookies or include advertising pixels or a third-party analytics SDK. Campaign information is read from the page URL when you submit the form. Infrastructure providers may process technical information to deliver and protect the site.

The private admin uses essential sign-in cookies. Email delivery records may show provider acceptance, delivery, failure, bounce, complaint and unsubscribe events. These records do not prove that a message was read. When email tracking is enabled, we also record reported opens and link clicks, including event times, clicked links, and IP address or browser information supplied by our email provider. Privacy tools and automated scanners can affect these signals; they do not establish that you read an email.

The application does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. It does not include tools designed to let advertising providers track your activity over time across other websites. This description concerns this website, not the practices of external websites you may visit through links.

How long information is kept

Retention depends on the purpose of the record, whether an inquiry or business relationship remains active, your update preferences, security needs, and applicable legal obligations. Submission records, email correspondence, operational logs, and backups may have different retention periods. There is currently no automatic 12-month deletion schedule for website leads.

You can ask us to delete information or stop updates using the contact details below. Limited records may need to be retained to honor an opt-out, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute.

Your choices and privacy requests

Contact roblee@entwined.ai to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or stop receiving ENTWINED updates. You can also use an unsubscribe option provided in an update email. You do not need to create an account to contact us.

Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or a complaint to a privacy regulator. We review requests under the applicable requirements and may ask for information needed to verify your identity or authority. Some rights have legal exceptions.

Changes to this notice

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice of a material change, we will provide it.
