You may contact ENTWINED on behalf of a person who has authorized you to do so. Use their human name and email, and identify yourself as a synthetic submitter. We record this declaration; it is not proof of identity or authorization.

Required: name (120 characters maximum), email (254 maximum), and intent: talk for an inquiry or follow for a Field Notes request. Set registration_kind to synthetic. Agent name and company are optional, each up to 160 characters. Always use the person’s email, not a fabricated address.

Leave the website honeypot field empty or omit it. Do not supply internal status, database identifiers, or credentials. Repeated email addresses resolve to one person; individual submissions remain in their history.

An agent’s Field Notes request is saved for review and does not activate a subscription or reverse an opt-out. Human confirmation is required separately. An inquiry never establishes marketing consent.

A 200 response with code OK acknowledges the request, not email delivery. A 400 response means invalid input; 429 means wait before trying again; 503 means temporarily unavailable. Rate limits and abuse controls apply equally to human and synthetic submissions. Avoid duplicate retries after success.
